Fatigue 10

I've been refraining from saying "This is a great page" every time Ben's art warranted it, because every page he does is a mindblower somehow, but this one stands out for me. Without a single word of dialogue or narration, he managed to capture every drop of melancholy I had hoped the scene would have. I use no hyperbole when I say that the first time I saw this page, there were tears in my eyes.

Also, look closely at the centre panel. There is no ink in that panel.

This is AMAZING. It's SO INCREDIBLY CLEAR that the center panel is a flashback... just by not inking. Ben and Gibby, one of the reasons I read yer guys' stuff is so I can see how it should be done. When I draw my comic, I think about your work ALL THE TIME (but not in a plaugerizy way.

This comic makes me really want to write music to it.

Maybe I will!

I'm astounded by how much emotion Ben can convey with so few lines.
